Common Help

  • If an egg or mission timer looks stuck, close and reopen the app. Hatch Cats uses local time to update progress.
  • If rewarded ads are unavailable, try again later. Ad availability can vary by region, network connection, and ad inventory.
  • If your progress looks different after reinstalling, check whether you exported a save file before deleting the app.
  • If sound is missing, check your device volume, silent mode, and in-app settings.
